Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Izegen collects when you use the website and studio, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it. The short version: we keep what we need to run your account and make your videos, we share it only with the providers that do that work, and you can delete all of it from Settings.

1. What we collect

• Account details — when you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile photo. We use them to identify you and to show them to you in the studio. There is no password.
• What you upload and write — product photos, the briefs and notes you type, and the settings you choose for each video or image.
• What we generate — the videos, images, scripts, scene plans and voice tracks produced for you, and a record of how each one was made.
• Billing — your credit balance and history, your plan, and the identifiers Stripe gives us for your customer record, subscription and payments. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical logs — request logs with your IP address, browser and timing, kept for security and debugging.

2. What it is used for

To run the Service: signing you in, generating and storing your work, charging credits, answering support requests and keeping the Service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos or briefs to train AI models.

3. Who it is shared with

Only the providers that do part of the work, and only the part they need:

• Supabase — sign-in and our database.
• Cloudflare R2 — private storage for your photos and finished files, served through short-lived links.
• OpenAI — reads your photos and brief to plan the video, and generates marketing images.
• ElevenLabs — synthesises the voiceover from the script.
• RunPod — the GPUs that render video scenes.
• Stripe — payments, invoices and the billing portal.

Each of these processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Your account, library and credit history are kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting a video or image removes the file from storage; a line stays in your credit history so your balance still adds up. Uploaded photos that were never used are removed after a period of inactivity. Logs are kept for a limited time and then discarded.

5. Deleting your data

Settings → Delete account removes your sign-in, every file in storage, every row in our database and any remaining credits, and cancels an active plan immediately. This is permanent. Copies held by the providers above are deleted according to their own retention rules.

6. Cookies

We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. Most of this you can do yourself in Settings; for anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
