Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Izegen for using the Izegen website and studio (the “Service”). By signing in you agree to them. If you are using Izegen for a company, you agree on its behalf.

1. What Izegen is

Izegen generates marketing videos and images from the text you write and the product photos you upload, using third-party AI models. You describe what you want; the Service plans, renders and delivers a file. Output is generated on request and will vary from run to run.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for everything done under it. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and you must give us accurate information. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent and removes your sign-in, your library, your uploads and any remaining credits.

3. Credits, plans and payments

The Service is paid for in credits. Every new account receives a one-time welcome grant. You can buy credits as a one-time pack, which does not expire, or subscribe to a monthly plan, whose credits are issued each month and expire 30 days after they are issued. The current prices and what each thing costs in credits are shown on the pricing page and inside the studio before you generate anything.

Credits are reserved when you start a generation and spent when the finished file is delivered. If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the reserved credits are returned in full. If you cancel a video while it is rendering, you are charged only for the work that was already completed.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings at any time, and you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have paid for. Because credits are consumed on use, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been spent; unused pack credits and unused plan time are refunded only where the law requires it or at our discretion.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload (“Input”). You grant us the licence we need to store, process and transmit your Input to the model providers in order to run the Service for you, and for no other purpose.

You must have the right to use what you upload. Do not upload photos of people without their permission, other people's trademarks or copyrighted material you are not allowed to use, or anything that is illegal, sexual, hateful, deceptive or intended to harass. Requests that fail our content check are refused and refunded.

5. What you make

As between you and Izegen, you own the videos and images the Service generates for you (“Output”) and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial advertising, on every plan and on the free credits. Izegen claims no rights over your Output. Because the same prompt can produce similar results for different customers, we cannot promise that Output is unique, and you are responsible for making sure your use of it — including any claims it makes about your product — complies with the advertising and consumer laws that apply to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to bypass credit limits or access other accounts, no automated scraping, no reselling of the Service itself, and no use of generated voices or likenesses to impersonate a real person or to deceive. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Generation times depend on demand and on the third-party providers we rely on. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you in the studio or by email, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. AI-generated content can contain mistakes; review your Output before you publish it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Izegen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
